As yet there's been no news of a Constellation Group Ride this year, or indeed a Marathon Walk, so that's looking unlikely to feature this year. I had plans for what would have been a 12 day UK trip, in fact I'd have been setting off tomorrow, but I've put those plans on the back-burner for now, perhaps that's something for next year. Instead I shall be "testing myself" with regular riding this week before headin (and rest)g to the Lake District next week for some cycling & hiking (and rest)

How do I top last year's trip? Time for a reset; my body's been telling me to ease back since mid October, only recently am I started to feel that regular cycling is back on the menu.
